Luisa De Jesus, CHRP, CHRL

Luisa De Jesus, CHRP, CHRL

As the Founder and President of LD Human Resources, Luisa is a highly motivated and results-driven human resources professional with over 20 years’ experience in HR. Luisa is a Certified Human Resources Professional and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. She also graduated with honours, obtaining her Human Resources Management certificate in 2010.

Her expertise spans professional and financial services, construction, travel and tourism, IT, not-for profit and retail. Her key strengths include: strategic consulting; performance management, succession planning; recruitment and employee relations; organizational development and learning; compensation and benefits. Luisa is committed to high professional standards that link HR best practices to business objectives, delivering results within changing environments.

Nadia Lambo, CHRP, CHRL

Nadia Lambo, HR Consultant at LD Human Resources

Nadia is a results driven, senior level manager with over 15 years’ experience in management and human resources. She has proven success working with executive teams in developing and integrating the human resource function to align with organizational corporate strategy. Nadia’s extensive experience includes many areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to recruitment; performance management; employment law; leadership management; policy development; organizational development and re-structure; job and compensation analysis and design; health and safety, and, training & development.

Christina Gellos

Christina Gellos, HR Consultant at LD Human Resources

Christina has 15 years’ corporate human resources experience and built her career in the financial services sector.

Her experience includes business partnering, talent acquisition and retention, job evaluation, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and reorganization.  

She is known for her personal calm demeanor and ability to create successful business partnerships. Christina enjoys working with clients to support their strategic objectives and develop or enhance their HR practices.

Christina is a fourth year student at the Schulich School of Business, specializing in Organizational Studies. After she completes her undergraduate degree, she plans to pursue a full-time career in Human Resources, and obtain a CHRP designation.

She is highly motivated, hard working and eager to learn and gain experience in the field of Human Resources. Her growth mindset and wide range of work and volunteer experience in financial services, customer service, law and education provide her with a vast array of transferable skills in her current role as HR Administrator.

Nancy Sammon

Nancy Sammon, HR Consultant at LD Human Resources

Nancy has over 30 years’ experience in Campus Recruitment and University Relations. Her extensive background includes a broad spectrum of career coaching, facilitation and assisting students in the transition from school to work. She is known for her highly energetic style, her ability to make connections and recruiting top campus talent with exceptional retention rates. 

Nancy held various positions with the TD Bank Group during her extensive career, including roles in HR, University Relations and recruitment. She was involved with hiring of thousands of employees from both inside and outside the bank and on campus. 

Nancy is often called to speak about diversity and onboarding at conferences, speakers series, and she has appeared frequently in print and on television. Nancy has contributed countless volunteer hours to her community, including two terms as President of CACEE.
